“We booked the space for a weekend and when we found out we had to be at the competition a day early Lauren was accommodating and helpful. The loft is spacious, clean, and convenient. Residents are all friendly and even met the building owner. “Loved the design of the building and space. Very comfortable and quiet location. Parked right outside front door. Amenities were nice, we didn’t use any of the kitchen items but the coffee pot. “I enjoyed my stay. The room was in an apartment complex, which I hadn't totally understood when I made the booking. However, the staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. I enjoyed my time here, even though the garbage chute for the apartment caught fire and I was evacuated from my room at 2:30 AM through a smoke filed hallway. That event did not significantly impact my stay, and I would recommend the facility!”

“The property met our needs and was well located for our event at the Glass City Center. Host was very accommodating with our early check-in request. Very clean apartment in a nice neighborhood. My only request would be to buy a few more towels and wash cloths. We only had 2 of each for 2 people staying 2 nights. Aside from that, it was a great stay.”
