“From everything to my initial questions ahead of the booking, details before my stay and the ease of the check in were great! Perfect location for a weekend in the city and would definitely stay again! ”

“The house is beautiful. Perfect for our needs. Concerned that all exits but one were non-functioning. Had trouble with the alarm system. Police came twice during our stay. Host gave us the alarm code after we contacted them about the problem but the alarm was still going off with the police. Many light bulbs need replaced. Just a small issue. Had a great weekend.”

“The home was very clean, and you could tell they were remodeling it. However, there was a VERY strong smell of marijuana in the downstairs area, and it's clung to our clothes. Though the house has a very modern and well installed security system, the area in which the home is at is Very unsafe, as we heard gunshots less than a block away our first night, and had to call 911. In addition, the AC was out both days, and the property manager I spoke with didn't address it at all, only saying "hmm."……

Our 3 year old toddler got to see the seagulls flying down from next door neighbors yard and just laughed. I want to thank Parker for opening his home to us it was a very memorable wedding anniversary. ”
