“The rooms are clean & spacious. The check-in process is smooth. They have a restaurant downstairs that serves healthy veg options. Parking is an issue as there are 4/5 car park options.”

“The staff at the reception have always been friendly & helpful The service in the restaurant is avarage. I often had the impression, that some of the waiters are daydreaming. There was NO hot water available in room 110. I only came to know that at 4 in the morning while showering. There was not enough light at the main exit of the hotel. I had to step out in the darkness, to get in to my taxi. Saving energy, does not mean to turn off lights,at the main entrance / exit, just because……

“Next to Pune Train Station, so a little chaos around. But the hotel itself is good, all staff are very helpful and speaks flunet English. They are willing to talk and share travelling information with guests. I like the welcome herbal tea they provided. Breakfast buffet is brilliant, every type of choice.”

“I had a four night stay at the Hotel Ketan and I would definitely choose to stay there again. The hotel is centrally located in a busy part of town. The free breakfast was very filling and fun to try local dishes. The room was spacious and clean and had everything I needed. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange a car from the airport upon request. ”
