“Purely amazing. Amazing and beautiful location, beautiful property. Concierge staff, pool bar staff, beach bar staff, breakfast team, housekeeping staff - all on another level of friendliness and courtesy. Struggled to find a flaw in any part of our stay. One of our best trips, albeit to short. Cannot recommend this hotel ans its team enough.”

“Balcony door would not lock due to lock falling out! Expensive food and manual addition for billing. Poor pool hours. No lifts. Security staff asleep. One roll of toilet paper and no reserves. This is a cheap 1980s Spanish hotel at best. I will never return. ”

“We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. The apartment, although nicely done up with modern facilities, was a little dusty when we got there and essential amenities……
