“I give them city tax and they have many excuses don’t give me back the exchange, normally is around 1€ per night, we stay 2nights they charge €3 person per night, and the riad many flys”

“The location of this hotel is really hard for us to find. Fès Médina is the most difficult Médina in Morocco. We are lost in the Médina at mid night with large luggage. When we call the number of the hotel the man who answer the phone ask us to settle this problem by ourselves impolitely. But when we reached the hotel, the staff are friendly. The hotel is so beautiful, just like what we saw in Marrakech palace. The hotel supply very stable hot water for bathing! And they provide very good……

“The raid was well-designed with simply Moroccan style. I felt so comfort and relax after having taken a long travelling time. I love the shower room, provided with personal care products like shampoo, shower gel, lotion, good smelling of aromatherapy. Dinner was delicious, enjoy the seafood pastilla, but the price was a little bit expensive ”

“Experience was fantastic. Clean, comfortable, great staff, delicious breakfast. Only issue is people will try to direct you into parking spots or garages. Your vehicle will be safe but its a hustle for money. There is a garage right next to the hotel that is less money. If I'm in Fes again I will definitely be coming back. ”

“This is a gem in Old Town. Mohammad is the manager and he answered all of our questions. All staff including Ahmad, other Mohammad and shab were nice. It has elevator for the rooms on the second floor. The rooms have high ceilings. The Riad is about 86 years old. There was a covered garage very close to the Riad to park your car but it was full over the two nights that we stayed there. We had to park in the street which is safe and common. The breakfast was delicious with omelet, scrambled and……
