“We had to split our party into using two units. Units C and D were what we rented. We were a bit disappointed in Unit C. There are no curtains on the windows and the blinds are not good enough to block out the morning light. The electrical outlets in the bathroom were not up to code and the beds in Unit C were extremely squeaky. The two condos overall served our family, and the price is right. The landlord was immediate when we had a problem. And the condos are close to a grocery store and not……

“We chose this location because they allow dogs and it was fairly close to Central Michigan University. The cottage is interesting and clean. We recently stayed at this cottage and appreciated several aspects of our visit. One of the main reasons we chose this property was that it is pet-friendly—perfect for our trip with our dog! “We really enjoyed our stay! Very quiet lake with plenty of bird sightings and the deck was a lovely location for a morning coffee before heading out for the day. We also used the deck for snacks/games of cards in the afternoon. Lovely bedrooms and beds, and the blinds worked wonders if you want to sleep in. We had one adult with some mobility issues, but with the main living area downstairs and the deck, yard, and fire pit all easily accessible from there, it was a breeze. Everyone in our group……

“We had a fantastic week on Murray Lake. Our hosts, Kim and Jim, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and the lake was accessible to our family. The house was well furnished and had everything necessary, including supplies for s’mores, lots of beach towels and a wagon to help us take things to and from the house and lake. We can not thank them enough for an awesome vacation.”

“Cabin was clean and neat and as expected. We enjoyed our stay very much. We would stay here again for sure. Minor issues: Coffee maker didn't work TV - Couldn't get any channels to come in. No Biggie sitting around the camp fire was much better. Bedding-Sheets were very cheap and was an issue. But they told us that before arrival so next time we will bring our own sheets. These are all minor items. We met the owner very nice and professional. Overall great experience and I recommend the cabin.”
