“The apartment is nice, but be aware that the owner is quite inflexible. When we learned we were unable to have friends over in the apartment (building policy not mentioned to us at any point), we requested to leave. The owner was completely inflexible, and threated to charge us additional an amount if we continued to request an early checkout. If you're looking for a quick stay with a washer go ahead- but if you want more use of the apartment look elsewhere.”

“Only a block from the entrance to Parque La Carolina, the location was excellent for exercising, eating, shopping and banking, if you dont mind a short walk. The guards at the door were friendly, the management was extremely kind and helpful. Very reasonably priced for the size of facility all that it provided.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean and had all the items needed for a comfortable stay. The host Ana responded very quickly whenever we had a question and was very helpful. Location is very convenient. I 100% recommend staying here and this place will be at the top of my list the next time I need to stay in Quito. ”
