“NaturHotel is very beautiful and totally a game changer in the hotel category. Such a beautiful place, scenery and if you come to relax in Cuenca, Ecuador; a must see place to stay.. However, here are just some flaws.. service request takes forever to come. There are only a few units so the service should be fast. I understand that the concept is “one with nature”, at least put a mirror?! It was a good stay.. would i come back? Yes! Just don’t expect too much..”

“Es una reserva natural muy bien conservada con senderos que dan al Río Mindo. Realmente hermoso. El alojamiento es muy especial con cabañas de madera y Bambu muy acorde con el paisaje y al mismo tiempo de lujo y cómodas. El personal es sumamente atento y el desayuno es local y recién hecho, delicioso con café pasado. “Es una muy buena opción pero el parqueo es dificil y si existen más huéspedes hay que parquear en fila y pedir que retiren el auto, molestoso pero manejable. Un punto que si no me agradò es el hecho de que existe un solo baño. Es dificil con una familia grande.”
