“Stayed here 1 night before catching a flight out. Nice property. The room and lobby were new and very clean. I did have a room on the 1st floor that faced the road. There is a public transportation train that runs on that road every so often so if you are not a sound sleeper, you may prefer a floor facing opposite the road (assuming it's quieter on that side). ”

“What a perfect little oasis in the desert! Clean, well air conditioned, excellent linnens. Full kitchen and a king size bed. What more do you need for a family vacation in Phoenix? Host provided one of the best house books I’ve ever seen with multiple sets of directions on how to walk to local eateries. Great section of Phoenix, close to the light rail that can get you to sports in downtown or fun activities around the university. Highly recommend.”

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse. He thoroughly enjoyed the leather recliner and playing records on the turntable. I grew up in the neighborhood, so it was nice to be near family, but have a place to retreat to. The open kitchen, eating space, and living room combo was spacious and well-appointed, and the separate bedroom and bathroom spaces were clean and comfortable. We didn't bring pets, but are always thankful the option is offered!”

“From the beginning the booking process to the end was so nice & easy. No problem with adding an extra day and the host was very easy to communicate with. The house was SO clean, and very well put together - the photos don’t do it justice. The pool and hot tub was very nice and clean! So many essentials given in the kitchen that are a great add in if needed last minute. The host was very nice and easy to talk to, as well as very responsive with helpful information too.
