“The Hotel had been closed down for months... I booked a hotel through hotels.com that had been closed down for months! Unacceptable. ”

“We're staying in 2 bedrooms suite and it's great and spacious room. The front desk staff is polite and friendly even we're asian. The pool is great and clean too, if you can stand the sunshine of Phoenix.”
