“Kim's place was in an ideal location that provided convenient access to a variety of LA and Orange County adventures. The apartment was clean and comfortable.”

“Nice rental with private parking spot. When arriving from a long trip, I’d like to shower but there was no body wash. Requested for it, then was given only one small tiny bottle for a 3 days stay. Hopefully they’ll improve and have the amenities ready upon guests arrival and I guess a bit extra if they’re staying like 3 days.”

“The blankets were stained and the couches called “beds” were super hard and not comfortable and one of them was only about 4 feet long. Fortunately they did have an air mattress in the closet that we used. The location was pretty sketchy too with a super small parking area that was hard to get into with a large vehicle.”

“I greatly enjoyed my stay here! Despite the circumstances of our travel, (my Aunt’s funeral services) this place made my family and I feel at home. The pictures do not do it justice! There was plenty of room for all 6 of us! The check in was super easy, it was really clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. One morning we woke up early to watch the sunrise from the beach which was a short walk, approximately 2 blocks! Our host was very responsive from booking to check out and answered all of my……

“We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Manhattan Beach. The view of the ocean was absolutely beautiful, and the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The condo was stocked fairly well and had most of what we needed for our stay.A few things to note for future guests — the condo sleeps four, but there were only three towels provided. Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but the housekeeper was still there until about 4:30 PM, and the dishwasher had not been run, with dirty dishes still……

“It was a great stay. We walked to the beach and enjoyed church here too”

“Convenient location. Just as pictured. It can sleep 3 but the sleeper couch is not the most comfortable. It could extra blankets so that the 3rd person can actually have something to cover up with as well. Beyond that everything was great and I would most definitely opt to stay there again.”

“I was lucky to be able to book this place while attending a conference at the LB Convention Center. It was just the perfect spot, clean, beautiful, safe and near the LBCC. I took an uber twice and it ranged from 7-10 depending on the time. I walked to the Convention center the other days, a beautiful 10-12 min walk. The host was very prompt to respond to any questions and we didn't have any trouble with the check in or check out. I would highly recommend this place and will gladly stay here……
