“Location was great and place was clean and well appointed. Having 2 parking spots was really convenient. I live in Orange County and rarely go to the beach so it was nice to spend a little time in the sun and sand! Especially with the bathroom and parking close by. ”

“Wendy was very good at communicating and making sure staying at the cottages was simple and relaxing. Furnished very comfortable. Great water pressure and hot water in the claw foot tub. If you need an escape from the day to day hustle, this is the place. Also if it gets a little warm, just open the windows and front door, turn on the fans and let the fresh coastal air take you away. We stayed 4 nights and have zero regrets picking this as our home base for this part of our trip. ”

“Me and my family love this beach cottage! We had rented it back in 2018 and had a great time so we returned this year and will return again in the future. The cottage is right on the sand, 2 blocks down from the boardwalk, so you can easily walk or ride a bike to get to the pier or any of the many shops and restaurants. The only issues we had were: 1. The owner showed up and walked right into the apartment, where my daughter and grand children were getting ready for lunch, without knocking or……
