“Great location!! 5 minute walk to beach, shops, dining! Property was perfect size for a couples getaway. Had a Spectrum issue but was resolved quickly by owner and he even brought a bigger TV !! Very cozy setting, nice outdoor sitting area. We stayed in the back cottage and didn’t have any issues with the other guest in front cottage. “A gem of a home. The location can’t be beat and I really appreciated that this cottage is clean and bright. It is pretty bare bones as far as extras ( no ice maker or trays to make ice, no wine opener (although I added one), I did not find an iron or extra pillows so I bought a couple and added to the house). There are plenty of bath towels and beach towels ( no beach chairs ) and two coffee makers and plenty of coffee. My adult son went to use the hot tub but it was turned off so we figured the……

There were many fans which were needed because a lot of the windows do not open. That would be our only complaint. Roughly half the windows don't open and the majority of the others need an additional piece of something to hold them open. One window in the casita was broken from the start. “I had such a wonderful stay at this studio cottage in Palos Verdes, which was even more beautiful than the photos! I spent a month here and appreciated how peaceful it felt. The space was sparkling clean and thoughtfully set up, with everything I needed—stove, in-unit laundry, a comfortable bed, AC, and a spacious closet. “We had the best time at Pineapple Cottage. It had everything we needed, was walking distance to shopping and dining, and the hosts, Elena and Kye, made us feel so welcome! They welcomed us with all the info needed to experience the area. We will be back! ”

“Great location. Close to the beach, restaurants and a grocery store. ”

“Great place to stay for the weekend. But the home was not very clean. There were sticky dirty stains on the kitchen floor. The silverware and some pans in the drawer had food stains. The light switches were visibly dirty. The toilets were not cleaned properly. There was a spill of some sort with chunks of something in a downstairs bedroom that was not cleaned. The top linen on the beds was dusty. I thoroughly cleaned everything before I let my kids walk around and start using the home. There……
