“We had a group of 12 staying at the house ranging from 10yrs -80urs. We were skiing at Holiday Valley and Holimont. It’s only 20 min max to the hill. There is a big entrance to the house and then a huge kitchen that is equipped with almost everything you can imagine… than your average place. Dave was very quick with any question we had and looked after us very well. Linens and towels were very nice. Each bedroom is decorated a little different and very cute. I would stay again and absolutely……

“The house was clean, but had not been updated in years and it was dangerous. The stairwell to the upstairs bedrooms was a spiral staircase, the railing only ran to the first turn and the stairs were extremely narrow. I couldn't safely make it up the stairs (I'm 72 and have arthritis in my knees), so I had to sleep in the living room. If I had any intention to shower, the bathtub/shower stall was over one foot high and would have been very difficult to step into. Finally, there is a bleached out,……

“This was my second stay at this location. In town for the Bills game and we get hit with lake effect. 32" in a few hrs. Dan plowed out the drive, shoveled the porch and left me stuff to dig out. Class act. ”

“We stayed in this house for two months while we were doing a kitchen renovation, The only reason we stayed is because we had no other options this time of year for a rental that would take pets. We survived because we brought everything we needed from our house. We did not receive any instructions prior to the rental and there were no instructions at the house for check-in and checking out procedures, internet/tv access or information on the local area. “We enjoyed our stay . The beds were comfortable. A plus is that there is coffee and a smores starter pack with firewood for the fire pit.Plenty of parking in the back yard. House was clean plenty of dishes and cups , could use some more pots and pans but we made do very well from what was there. Three bathrooms and plenty of beds. Communication was very good. The Dunkirk Pier is down the street. Not far to stores. We will return 😃”
