“I gave a 4 Star because the hot water tank broke in February while I was staying. Slight inconvenience. Owners were apologetic and willing to resolve. No complaints about anything else.”

The stairwell to the upstairs bedrooms was a spiral staircase, the railing only ran to the first turn and the stairs were extremely narrow. I couldn't safely make it up the stairs (I'm 72 and have arthritis in my knees), so I had to sleep in the living room. Extremely thoughtful landlord who was available at a moments notice when I locked myself out yet have us the privacy we liked when visiting with family. This was such a great visit that I am already looking for another set of dates to do it again! ”

“This was my second stay at this location. In town for the Bills game and we get hit with lake effect. 32" in a few hrs. Dan plowed out the drive, shoveled the porch and left me stuff to dig out. Class act. ”

“We enjoyed our stay . The beds were comfortable. A plus is that there is coffee and a smores starter pack with firewood for the fire pit.Plenty of parking in the back yard. House was clean plenty of dishes and cups , could use some more pots and pans but we made do very well from what was there. Three bathrooms and plenty of beds. Communication was very good. The Dunkirk Pier is down the street. Not far to stores. We will return 😃”
