“This is a very new hotel and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful when they see us are having a baby traveling with us. I would definitely stay here when I come to Jamestown next time! ”

“I genuinely loved my stay here. The unit was so incredibly well thought out, unique and very homey. It s in an adorable street right across from the harbour. It was beautiful. ”

“It’s okay. I’d stay there again. Our stay was in January and there was a blizzard. So it wasn’t walkable and not the type of conditions to check the outside around the hotel. The restaurant on the property was outstanding.”

“There is a lot wrong with the stay we just had. 1 st the cover on the bed was ratty with loose strings and the bed was terrible. 2 nd was when I went to use the pool the room was cold even though the thermometer said it was 80 degrees and the water was cold. 3 rd was when we both took a shower there was no hot water even when it was turned all the way up . 4 th was that the tv wouldn't go any louder then 30. Boy when you try to get away from the rat race just for a weekend.”

“Everything was OK except the heater was very loud and whenever it ran it was extremely loud. He had to turn the TV way up and I don't know it's just I can't believe it supposed to be like that but everything else looks great.”

“Very friendly staff! Checked in to a king room but it smelled like stale smoke (possibly because it was once a smoking room). Front desk apologized and switched us to another room. Easy peasy fix! ”

“It’s a treat to be able to stay anywhere here on the institute. I am grateful for the love that goes into this place and would stay here again. I can only imagine coming back in the summer and to sit on the balcony listening to the music drift through the air. Thank you for the hospitality!”
