“What an amazing cottage. From the minute you walked in you had fresh bagels and snacks beautifully wrapped and with all of Deanna's special touches like slippers for the hot tub. Towels for everything. All the beach needs were there. She provided everything you could possible need for your stay. The BEACH was perfect and private all to ourselves, our family had a blast. The beds were so comfortable and the cottage was SPOTLESS. We will be back. ”

“We were in the area to attend our son's senior recital at SUNY Fredonia. The house was perfect for our family. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Nice selection of games and my son and his friend loved the tandem bike! The view was amazing, I can only imagine how nice it would be in warmer weather. ”

The view of the beach from the back porch was exquisite with excellent views of the Lake Erie sunset. The walking path in the Point Gratiot park is accessible and is short distance from the driveway. “This is our 3rd stay at this beautiful lake house and I am about to book 8 more nights in 2026. This home is beautiful inside and out and it’s always spotless. Our whole family enjoyed daily kayak trips and our grandchildren spent a lot of time swimming in the lake. It’s a peaceful area and I especially enjoyed having my coffee on the lovely wrap around porch in the am watching the sun rise. Looking forward to our next stay. ”

“Overall, I think this was a great place to stay. My only complaints were that the stairs are very shallow and you had to walk sideways on them. Was tough for my elderly mother. Also some of the chairs were unstable and upstairs shower is extremely small and not suitable for large people. That being said, the house was very clean and very charming. It had everything we needed. The owner was very available. I would recommend. Best for 4 people. ”
