“not very happy with the following :- 1) it says on website that there’s bottled water, there’s none. receptionist explained that no plastic bottle allowed anymore in hong kong hotels, true but other hotels offered glass bottled waters and website does say bottled water included. 2) no hand washing soap in toilet at all. 3) receptionist did not explain what the free beverage person per stay meant at all. ”
