“House and neighborhood great. No garage door opener. Hot water for showers ran out. 3 adult males who know how to take a quick shower. Entry code ridiculously long. Convenient to shopping ”

“This is easily one of the very best rentals we’ve ever stayed at. Immaculately clean, well appointed, comfy beds, fantastic location, great communication with host. The friends who stayed with us are extremely picky and agreed it was amazing. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine and took advantage of one of the complimentary local tastings offered with the rental. We would absolutely stay here again! ”

“Every one had a good time. Kids had lot of fun, enough place outdoor to play around. Nicely fenced & gated so we didn't have to much of monitoring. Grown ups too enjoyed. Good size rooms Kitchen, family room & backyard so all could sit together. We also had good sighting of group of deer walking past the house. We loved that experience We missed few things1. Table Tennis bat could be of good quality, playing with them was challenging2. One pickleball bat was broken but we bought one and……

“We were a party of 8 that came to Punkin Manor after a cruise on the Columbia River. The location was great, close to lots of wineries and restaurants. The kitchen was tricked out with all the right utensils, pans and gadgets. The yard was rooming and quiet (and we happened to be there when the lilacs, wisteria and daffodils were in bloom). The bedrooms all had comfotable beds and nice linens. The bathrooms had plenty of towels, bath tissue, hair dryers, and shampoo/conditioner. The hosts were……

“Stayed for a weekend with 4 women; wine tasting in Newberg. The hostess was friendly and made the checkin seamless. The beds are extremely comfortable!! Lots of extra pillows and blankets too. The house is in an excellent location across the street from George Fox and walking to restaurants. Living room, office and dining room are all beautiful. We barbecued one night and had all the amenities plus more! The hot-tub was a true bonus. We will visit again!!”
