“We chose Parrotel as we had stayed at its sister hotel lagoon last year and were more than satisfied. We live in Nabq and it is convenient for going back and feeding our cats. The Aqua park hotel made us welcome from the moment we arrived. It was my 70th birthday and the staff were fantastic even providing a cake. A special thanks to our waiter Gooma who was excellent. We have stayed in several hotel and can recommend this as great value for money. We will certainly book again soon ”

“Was nice stay excepting 2 nights, were drunk neighbours from middle Asia run in corridors all night and shouting, security cannot stop them, Hotel has no penalties for such guests and they are not scared and do everything they want, so 2 nights were without sleeping 😡😡😡 Second problem was that we ordered restaurant for child birthday, we came and they have not made special table as were doing every time, child was very upset 😢 This year birthday tour to Pickalbatros Aqua park was not……

“We have lived two problem: 1. They have taken … dollars in addition to the money that ı have paid by Expedia because of registration as if Egyptian person. But there is no choice of non Egyptian person in Expedia list. 2. there are two hotels in either sides of the road of the city. coral aqua club is not located to sea (beach) you should walk at least 15 minutes to reach the beach. theother part of the hotel located near to the beach. when you search the hotel on the Expedia ı couldn't……

“All the staff are very friendly and great with kids. Nothing is too much trouble. Around the pool area is sun loungers are limited the staff will go and get more and lay them out for you. My daughter loved the kids club and animation team work tirelessly. We loved it so much that we are going to rebook for next year. ”
