“My room have been upgraded to a river view room. It is so good. Staff are helpful and nice, check-in is quick, room is clean and spacious, breakfast place is at the rooftop restaurant! “Exceeded our expectation. Didn’t regret choosing to live in the old town at Ghent. (Not very touristy. More authentic and chill experience in a Game of Throne like medieval town.) Night walk in the old town is a must. So the location is superb. The room is very beautiful. Staff is very warm and helpful. We had great chat with the young lad David. “This was a major highlight of a 24-hour trip to Ghent. The rooms are gorgeously appointed and have a distinct design sense, the property itself is beautiful, and the people are so friendly and accomodating!”

“The room was better than expected! Very elegant, has a jacuzzi as well and everything that you need into a room. Also very warm since it has a well working sir conditioning. Also they provide a very nice breakfast both salty and sweet and you can also have lunch a dinner if you'd like to. I just give 4 star for the staff since when I did the check-in, the guy was rushing and just asked me my name, trusted my word (well I'm glad that he trusted me but I'm just saying this for the hotel's safety……
