“My stay at ROOM 106 with its perfect pillows and bedding was delightful. The room had comfortable natural light and a beautiful river view. It's just a 5-minute walk to the nearest supermarket, with a safe and smooth path. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom featuring heated floors — essential during Amsterdam's winter. Staying at The July - Boat & Co is likely to become one of my fondest……

“Bon séjour, par contre c’était compliqué pour l’arrivée, l’hôtel a envoyé un mail , on a dû appeler et on ne savait pas où récupérer, heureusement qu’une autre famille est venue aussi qui fait qu’on savait où récupérer les clés car à la fermeture impossible d’appeler qui que ce soit

“Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Der Fluglärm war nur tagsüber präsent und hat nicht wirklich gestört. Nachts hat man kaum etwas gehört. Das Schwimmbad war sehr schön warm (WasserLuft) und wir hatten es für uns alleine. ”

“1. 欣賞酒店的執房員、整潔及有禮貌，並為顧客設想，我中間有一天沒有安排房間執拾，他們出了張memo 表示48小時後會入房檢查；翌日安排了清潔房間，fill up 了這兩天沒有補充的物品。
2. 欣賞酒店服務質素，我漏了件褲子在酒店，立即有電郵提醒我。
3. 酒店的服務有程序可循，而且盡量做到照顧顧客需要。
美中不足
1. 缺乏人情味道，我們帶了$200歐來，只是說不收，沒有詳細教導我們如何兌換。我們在附近超市及鐵路遇到同一問題時，對方的服務員好熱心解答。酒店前台略欠人性化。
2. 周圍的環境及房間仍有大麻味道，特別是窗簾。
4. 安排房間時安排了最低一層，太嘈吵，而且安排了在走廊必經的第一間房，出入皆見到，保安存疑，但貼心之處是在1樓房間前有道門需門卡才可以進入，而解決了同層所有人都可出入的保安漏洞。房間安排應該是一直以來最差的安排。”

"We stayed there for six nights. The room is reasonably clean and most things worked.
However, the room was not cleaned after the first night. There was no button panel at the room where we could ask to clean the room. It was ok for two days. Then the rubbish bin became full and the floor a bit dusty.
On the forth evening, I approached the front desk around 9pm and asked our room be cleaned the next day. The person at the front desk took down our room number and confirmed they will get our room cleaned the next day. The next day, we went out from 8:30 am for the whole day, returned around 8:15 pm in the evening. We found that our room was not cleaned. We went to the front desk and asked about it. The person at the front desk didn’t apologise at all and turned to us to say that we should have asked the front desk in the morning. It was an irresponsible and unacceptable response and there was not any apologetic sense. Rather, we were blamed for not asking again despite we were confirmed they will arrange cleaning and we were not asked to remind the front desk in the morning.
