“Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning.
U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room.
To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary.
I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before……

The next day, we went out from 8:30 am for the whole day, returned around 8:15 pm in the evening. We found that our room was not cleaned. We went to the front desk and asked about it. The person at the front desk didn’t apologise at all and turned to us to say that we should have asked the front desk in the morning. It was an irresponsible and unacceptable response and there was not any apologetic sense. Rather, we were blamed for not asking again despite we were confirmed they will arrange cleaning and we were not asked to remind the front desk in the morning.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly
"My stay at ROOM 106 with its perfect pillows and bedding was delightful. The room had comfortable natural light and a beautiful river view. It's just a 5-minute walk to the nearest supermarket, with a safe and smooth path. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom featuring heated floors — essential during Amsterdam's winter. Staying at The July - Boat & Co is likely to become one of my fondest memories of Amsterdam."
