“As it is a old hotel, room facilities like shower, sofa and bed are not as good as the modern one.”

“The property is incredible and the location can't be beat. Rooms were clean and filled with charm. This was our second stay. The change we noticed was the hotel desk staff sat all day and were not helpful at all. They actually watched us struggling with our bags and never moved or offered assistance. Upon check-in the same thing happened, we had to ask if they could help us with our bags. ”

““Wow!” What can we say, we had a wonderful experience in this quaint apartment right in the middle of the Old Historic Unesco Centre. We were met by Miguel on arrival and he assisted us getting to the apartment as no vehicles are allowed in the Historic Centre. Miguel spent a fair amount of time explaining the ins and outs of the apartment and reviewed the many things to see and do in Sintra and surrounding area. We were provided a bottle of lovely Portuguese red wine and scrumptious cookies to……
