It was too hot upstairs so part of our group had to find separate hotel accommodations. The Hedera Estate office was fairly communicative but were unable to get the A/C fixed while we stayed. “The property is very nice, with a lovely court yard and excellent location for Dubrovnik as long as you can manage 80 steep steps from Stradun. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. A few negatives was the kitchen area was a bit dirty, with mugs left in the dish washer and floors could do with a clean. “15 minute walk to Ploce gate. Villa private with rocky cove below on sea front. Comfy 4 double beds all with aircon. Little tired but well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and outside barbecue. Host company very responsive to sort out WiFi issue. Host can offer transfers, shopping and other activities..good but not cheap. Hill to access town and house not suitable for for infirm as lots of open steps. Uber is a godsend in Dubrovnik.
