“酒店職員態度冷漠，只有餐廳職员（早餐）見過笑容。餐廳食物質素未達5星，味道不佳。自助晚餐性價此低。酒店有私人沙灘，美。雖然訂了海景露台房，但4樓露台外有花園，遮蔽了海景。剩下一線海景。更有住客錯認房間，從花園進入我房露台，切記要緊閉露台窗”

“The hotel is part of Importanne Resort, easily accessed by Bus Line 6 (final stop). Stayed a balcony room with panoramic sea view on Floor 5, which affords a very good view of the sea without being blinded by the sun. Tour groups also use this hotel and these passengers would take their breakfast very early in the morning. Their movement and noise may be the only negative point I can think of. Otherwise I find the hotel a pleasant place to stay with peaceful surroundings and frequent bus……

“Simply Fabulous location!!!! Breathtaking sea views & walks on the promenade with so many restaurant choices overlooking the Sea! The hotel suite itself is very spacious, and overlooking the ocean, where one can wake up and sleep to the sound of waves. The only negative, is the breakfast and dinner options are limited, but all else is really very good.”

“我們被安排住在同系酒店 Royal princess hotel, 但事前沒收到通知，故check in 時找了些時間才到 princess 查詢。同系酒店只有一間開放，應是將所有預訂同系酒店的都放在一起。其他幾間都維修中，故周邊環境不佳，有太多建築進行中。酒店本身質素很好，房間大，整潔，早餐食物種類及質素亦合理。停車就放在街邊，5星酒店都不開停車場有些奇怪。酒店離舊城有10多分鐘車程，如有定期穿梭巴士會更佳。但以價格來說，整體上是超值的。”

“Beautiful locations and views. Room size great Breakfast however far below standard. No fresh fruit. No fresh juice. Machine coffee. Eggs from powder. No chef making omelettes. For the prices paid this is not acceptable. ”

“Need to take 15mins bus to old town (15kn) per person one way. Frequent bus #6 service The beach nearby is clean and clear. Buffet variety is good but the dining room is filled of oily smell.”

“Perfect hotel for our stay in Dubrovnik. Only 10-15 minutes drive from the centre of Old Town and away from the hustle and bustle (which is what we were looking for). Staff were fantastic - incredibly friendly and helpful. We were able to check in slightly early, and check out slightly late. Would highly recommend to anyone.”
