“This was my first experience at the hotel - the staff were attentive and professional at all times. I also loved the feeling of living at an island retreat home near Dubrovnik. Book this place - you'll be glad you did. Note: Reserve the boat transfer from the local airport to the hotel. Fun tip: You'll find a sandy spot on one of the nearby islands as well. Enjoy!”

“This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. I wish we had stayed more than one night! The rooms are clean and updated and have all amenities you’d expect. The robes and slippers were a nice touch! The sunset view from our room was absolutely amazing. We had dinner at the steakhouse and the food and service were both good. The breakfast buffet also has a really nice selection and real brewed coffee, which was a nice change from our other accommodations. I highly recommend this hotel! One of the best……

“本次住二晚。銀卡會員礼遇紅酒，沒有準備，員工說不知道，會問主管，如有隔天補。隔天出去玩回來，再問櫃台，員工說是我的錯，因為我出去門口掛請勿打擾，送不進來，直接說我的錯。早上餐廳有老先生打破餐具，幾位服務人員在旁邊，沒有幫忙，老先生自己慢慢撿。服務待加強。”

“On the first night of my stay, the showerhead broke halfway through my shower, and the water temperature was hard to control. I ended up finishing the shower in a very awkward and uncomfortable way. Later, when I was about to go to sleep, I found that the air conditioner remote had no batteries, so I had to go the whole night without any air conditioning. “第一天入住，對於窗外的景色不甚滿意，因為是訂海景房，但看出去的景色被附近的地形及建物擋住八九成，對於這樣的海景房有些失望。透過 Hotels.com 的意見回復，隔天，飯店的接待經理立刻幫我換房間，還出面跟我解說，服務好的讓我有點受寵若驚。雖然是商務出差，大部分時間都得出門去開會，但是每天早上起床躺在床上看到美麗的海景，心情還是高興的。可惜是冬天來住，湛藍的海水跟美麗的海灘都無法使用，希望有機會可以再來這邊住，享受一下美麗的海灘跟清澈的海水。”
