“Everybody was very accommodating. Lovely location. Amazing breakfast with lots of choice. Very clean and smelt lovely. It was my husband birthday while we were there. Came back to a bottle of fizz in our room. You can travel around by boat. We hired a car but no need for one. Not far from the airport. Will definitely return ”

“我們被安排住在同系酒店 Royal princess hotel, 但事前沒收到通知，故check in 時找了些時間才到 princess 查詢。同系酒店只有一間開放，應是將所有預訂同系酒店的都放在一起。其他幾間都維修中，故周邊環境不佳，有太多建築進行中。酒店本身質素很好，房間大，整潔，早餐食物種類及質素亦合理。停車就放在街邊，5星酒店都不開停車場有些奇怪。酒店離舊城有10多分鐘車程，如有定期穿梭巴士會更佳。但以價格來說，整體上是超值的。”

“本次住二晚。銀卡會員礼遇紅酒，沒有準備，員工說不知道，會問主管，如有隔天補。隔天出去玩回來，再問櫃台，員工說是我的錯，因為我出去門口掛請勿打擾，送不進來，直接說我的錯。 早上餐廳有老先生打破餐具，幾位服務人員在旁邊，沒有幫忙，老先生自己慢慢撿。 服務待加強。”
