“Had an amazing stay at Regenta for 4 nights. Neat, clean rooms with an amaaazing rain shower! Very good variety of options for buffet breakfast. Made to order dosa and parantha were excellent, along with chai ! All staff members were amazing- polite and helpful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“The hotel was extremely unclean and dirty. When I arrived to the hotel there was a gross black liquid substance all over the bathroom floor and toilet and used feminine hygiene pads laying next to the toilet on the floor. I also found a huge cockroach climbing on top of my suitcase, and there were ant/termite colonies on the walls of the room. I also modified my reservation before arriving and before the cancellation time, but the hotel did not honor this and charged me extra even though I……
