“Very old and small motel located in the old area in Medford. I would give it a better review at beginning. However, the breakfast was too simple and no place to eat. So, the price is not so cheap.”

“We enjoyed two nights here. There is a quaint and shady courtyard for lounging, and the room was unique. The bed was very comfortable! We enjoyed the mini complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and having morning coffee freshly made. The location is within easy walking distance to downtown, though a few blocks from the main drag. “This was a WONDERFUL place to stay. We were in town for the Australian Pink Floyd show at the Britt. We loved the Orth House so much, it is a beautiful house, it and the staff was so wonderful and accommodating. Felicity was very helpfull with the entire visit, she emailed us instructions on our entry, and getting settled in. She was AMAZING and a total help for us.
