“Nice property and convenient for the climbing area with shops & places to eat & drink.”

“Location is ok, room a bit dated but still fine. Staff is amazing, Food and beverage are awful, which ruined our holiday. My daughter has type2 diabetes which can be controlled with balanced diet. We always find food in all inclusive for her but not here. The food was undercooked, unseasoned, repetateve and mostly red meat. We stayed 1 week and no chicken breast was served during our stay!!!! The hotel was informed about her condition, but the chef couldn't provide anything which can fit in her……

“Wow what an amazing place to stay lovely view of the coast and access to the beach. We stayed here with our family with 2 young children lots for them and us to do! The food was excellent with so many choices and changes every day. The staff are excellent made you feel really welcome and helped us out with the pram. I would say maybe just have some ramps for prams to rooms but we didn’t mind lifting it up the few steps we had to. All in all this was an amazing stay and we will definitely be……

“My overall experience at the D Andrea Lagoon was very positive. The customer service was amazing and the premises were great. The only down side of the overall stay would be the area around the hotel. This hotel would be for people that are looking to relax, without doing much. The private beach was also under construction, while I was told I could access the beach via de neighbouring hotel, I was not allowed to do that also when I got there. “This is a family run hotel. We had an apartment. Basic but very clean and the family are renovating the rooms so they will change soon. Extremely friendly and helpful. Ramona, Danny and family speak a variety of languages - especially Ramona. They could not do enough for you. We arrived after 11pm in the evening and they greeted us and showed us to our rooms. Departing they let us know we could stay as long as we wanted as our flight was not until the evening. Food is really good and I……

“The Hotel was 5* luxury. The staff, management were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Everything was clean and immaculate. The breakfast was amazing and perfect outside area to have it. Location to Kos Town was about a 30 minute walk. The only thing I would criticise is on the Expedia website we had the option to pay at property at an extra cost. The hotels policy was payment had to be made 7 days prior to arrival. I did query this and the hotel, on this occasion, agreed we could pay……

“Excelente ubicación, parada de autobús al centro en la misma puerta, si quieres ir andando puedes llegar en unos 20. El hotel está limpio y los empleados son atentos y simpáticos. La habitación amplia y limpia, el baño también está muy limpio. La cama y las almohadas muy cómodas. Nosotros estuvimos con media pensión y tanto la cena como el desayuno muy completo y variado, todo estaba muy rico. Un buen hotel para pasar unos días agradables. minutos.Calidabuena”
