“Many issues needed to be addressed. Walkway not maintained had to shovel. Loose taps, loose kitchen table and bench, burnt out lights in every room. Need more utensils which we supplied. Missing items (foosball). Washer and dryer problems. Washer would not drain, had to remove soaking wet clothes. Not impressed! ”

“The safety of my motorcycle was a concern for the owner, so I parked it elsewhere. The living room consisted of a kitchen table 4 kitchen table chairs and a TV. Bed was very comfortable. No air conditioning and bedroom window screen had to significant holes, so I kept the window closed to avoid insects. ”

“We (4 adults, 4 kids ages 4-8) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paul and Paul's place. They are excellent and responsive hosts. The property was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the first aid kit was a nice addition. The street the house is on is quiet with little traffic and its location made it easy to access key points around Sudbury (5 min to groceries/pharmacy, 15 min to Science North). We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the house.”
