“I was looking for a comfortable place to stay with my son and his friends who were playing in a nearby volleyball tournament. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for cooking in, relaxing outside, and grilling. I was very pleasantly surprised with the neighborhood in Phoenixville. Bridge Street, a short walk from the house, is open to pedestrians only on weekend evenings and had lots of nice shops, restaurants, and live music. There are plenty of cafes all around the……

“The location was awesome, neighborhood was safe and quiet, and everything from the college campus to Philly airport and sites were only a 10-20 minute drive. The house has so much character with original stained glass and built ins. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs provided ample space for everyone to be cozy and shower in a timely manner. The only two downsides were: 1. The driveway, which has tons of space for parking once you get up to the house, but the hedges are over grown on one side……

“House was roomy and extremely clean. Conveniently located 20-30 minutes from Franklin Field and downtown Philly. Host was easy to communicate with and friendly. Will stay here again! ”

“Lovely little place to stay, located near a few shops and able to travel into Philadelphia within 30 minutes. The neighborhood was very quiet no loud neighbors or dogs barking all night so that was great! It is an attached house but I didn’t hear the neighbors at all but home that we weren’t too noisy for them. Host accommodated our requests for a travel crib and toys are at the home. “We ran into issues with a toilet, dishwasher, disposal, and ice maker during our week-long stay. The grill hadn’t been cleaned which led to problems cooking dinner. The landlord was responsive, and fixed the toilet and disposal, but neither the ice maker nor dishwasher were functioning the entire week. He indicated those would be fixed for the next renters.The house was clean and in a good location. We had plenty of room for our group. Overall was satisfied with the stay.”

“Ushmila's Nest was truly the prettiest, most quietly elegant places I have stayed. I was here for two nights and while the lodgings did not have it's own kitchen, we were close enoiugh to Whole Foods store that I was able to get there easily. This is a wonderful place to stay! I was traveling with my elderly mother and it was so easy to check in and check out. Rizwana is so friendly and helpful. Communication with her was just great -- stay with her!”

“Just spent 3 nights as this amazing home with family for a holiday get together. It was decorated beautifully, very clean, comfortable and well stocked with all you need. So much space to be together, but also have some quiet time when needed. Jeff, the property manager, is very responsive and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!”

“The property is run down and in need of repair. It was not accurately represented in its VRBO listing. It lacked basic and essential amenities, especially for a 6 bedroom / sleeping 10 listing. Water pressure was unbearably low. In the middle of my short shower, the water flow spontaneously reduced to a trickle. After 1-2 mins of this, the water flow returned to its previous stronger but weakened state along with a loud screeching sound from the pipes which lasted 3-4 mins. The beds are……
