Kitchen and bathrooms have all been updated and all beds were very comfortable. We cooked many meals and there was a utensil for every need. The walk to the Stagecoach was walkable for a 5 year old girl and her 66 year old grandpa, it’s about 5 minutes each way. The hosts were tremendous with communication. “The bedding was very thin and not complete sets for either bed. The room smelled like a backed up drain and musty. The shower is unsafe as it has no light inside, it’s very dark behind shower curtain and the water turns scorching hot on its own. The room is also lacking plug outlets, only one under tv opposite side of the room from nightstand and definitely no usb plugs either. Property lacking any landscaping, just dirt.Very disappointing.”

“What a beautiful home and about 15 minutes to both Alpine and Palisades, as well as about 1.25 hours to Sierra ski mountains. We loved the walkability to downtown and dog park nearby.”

“Zach's house was awesome! Nice open floor plan upstairs. All of the comforts of home-streaming on TVs, Alexa for music, plenty of kitchen accessories, gas grill on the porch, comfortable beds, spacious fenced-in yard & access to trails & open spaces. Zach accommodated an early check-in & was very communicative. We would definitely rent from Zach again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable sanctuary in South Lake Tahoe.”

“The house was spacious and had several amenities. The hot tub was great and the large, fenced in backyard was ideal for the dog. Only downsides were that the fridge was not working and a loaner fridge was installed and 2 of the fireplaces were not working. The heated floors were also nice. ”

“We enjoyed the location and proximity to town and Heavenly. The rooms were spacious but our group all felt the beds were a little too firm and would recommend a mattress pad if you like a softer sleep. The gas fireplace was cozy and put off great heat! The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of equipment to cook with which we enjoyed!”
