“Let me start off by saying that the host, NK, was excellent. They responded quickly to all questions and concerns. They were very accommodating. However, upon arrival, a little past our 4pm check in time, the cleaning crew was still there, although they said they’d be done quick, we waited over 20 minutes for them to finish. “We loved our recent stay at fancy poconos caste. The house was just like it was pictured. Very spacious and clean. Everyone enjoyed the swim spa, large patio and firepit. “The overall experience was very good. There are a few minor things that would have helped the stay be better. The heat was great as long as you follow the instructions of keeping doors closed. “We had a wonderful stay at Hunters property. Check in and walkthrough process with the property manager was easy. The house has plenty of space, 2 TV rooms, large kitchen and sitting room and a separate dining area. We traveled with friends, our 16 year old and our 1 year toddler.
