“My husband and I planned a last minute getaway to celebrate our anniversary. We wanted to see Bushkill Falls and I really wanted to unplug and relax in nature. What a perfect place for that. It was a quiet area and very peaceful. My favorite spot was sitting in the Adirondack chairs just listening to the sound of the creek and nature. Bushkill Falls was a great hike too. The cabin had thoughtful, extra touches that made the stay perfect! ”

“Completely redone/new. We think it may have just been done, because there were sparse kitchenware. Enough for two, and we managed to cook, but definitely needs an upgrade as far as pots, pans, utensils and dishware. Keep in mind there is no yard, so if you bring pets plan on going to Hopatcong State Park (three minute drive) to walk them. Also, it’s on a hill and the dock and lake are only accessible by many steep steps. ”

“We rented this house during a dance competition that was being held at a local high school. The competition was about 15 minutes away so this location fit perfectly. Upon checking into the house, we were very surprised at the amount of steps to get to the house and that that was not listed initial listing. “Pros - Great communication, central location in Madison. Cons - The house is run down, wasn't clean. Kitchen cupboards were literally dirty. Kitchen is very poorly stocked, not even paper towels. The House itself is old, unmaintained, and poorly decorated, lacking furniture and an inviting feeling. Lastly, if you are a light sleeper, you can hear the road and the shades in bedroom windows don't block light from coming in. ”

“This is our second time at this house, it is now our go-to place to stay when in town visiting family. It is well located (very pretty and quiet street) for visiting Lambertville, New Hope and the surrounding area. The house is charming, well equipped, and has a great landscaped patio in the backyard, perfect for morning coffee and evening wine. Jill and Paul are incredible hosts, very responsive, attentive and welcoming. This is a perfect choice for the Lambertville/New Hope experience.”

“We loved the property and did not want to leave! The area that it is in was beautiful and we saw a family of deer freely walking through the woods. We did not cook but there was more than enough cookware if you plan on making a big dinner! My only complaint was bugs outside but given the location, it can't be helped so I'd recommend a citronella candle. We would definitely stay there again!”
