“The VRBO was cute. For what we paid, I would’ve liked to see better. The rugs under the bed and couch were very dirty. Multiple spills of random things all over them. We were given one washcloth and one hand towel for a family of four, on a 4 day trip. There wasn’t one towel hanger to hang a towel on, after our showers, in the bathroom. “House was nice but no mention of tons of stairs to actually gain access to property was deceptive from property details. We should have asked owner PRIOR to making the rez, as we clear on having an elderly dog, who struggled to get up/down all the stairs. Lugging all our stuff in/out was a hardship as well. Mid way thru our stay we had a random person put a key in door and barge into the home with an attitude, saying they were an "associate" of the owner, and we were supposed to be checked out……

After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. “Upstairs apartment in an older detached house. High ceilings and big rooms lots of character with wooden floors and sash windows. There was everything we needed amd more, lots of thoughtful additions. Toothpaste and brushes, toiletries, slippers, ear plugs and more. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Big comfortable beds, spacious rooms with extra blanket and pillows. Great bathroom and we loved the shower. Area was very quiet. Shops for basics a few minutes walk then 5 to 10 minute walk……
