“This is a cozy well kept downstairs apartment. The walk out patio is a bonus that you don't usually find in the city. We loved the location because you could walk to all our favorites, Sylvia's, Red Rooster and the Apollo. Subway stops are convenient to downtown. Apartment is well equipped with anything that you could need. We did something as with all properties, and the manager was there within the hour. We will definitely stay here again.”

“The house exceeded our expectations! The host was great, huge backyard, very comfortable and lots of extra amenities. Free street parking and we had no issues finding a spot. We parked our car and took a bus into the NYC. The host even left snacks for us, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!”

“All was good . Apartment is nice. Neighborhood seems quiet. ”

“Overall, the stay was good. It started out rough because it wasn’t ready for us, and communication from the host was poor. But once we got in, it went fine. We were told to stay in the 3rd floor apartment, but we found our layer it seemed to have been a miscommunication because the majority of the amenities were in the 2nd floor apartment after asking for garbage bags when checking out. The key opened both… We hope communication will be more clear in the future, as our stay could have been much……

“Gary was awesome. We loved the location and the building. Everyone was friendly. There is a great gym on the 25th floor. Unit is clean and the beds were very comfortable. My 17 year old said that the best thing in the high water pressure in the shower. Beautiful views too. Sarah C.”

“I found the apartment to be very clean and well supplied with necessities. Nice shower plus 2 bathroom s. Laundry on- site was very convenient. ”

“I’d recommend this booking to anyone looking for a home away from home. My family and I came from Barbados for the Christmas holidays and the place was exactly as described online. It was clean and felt homey. We needed the heat raised and within a short time frame of messaging the host, she came and adjusted the heat so that the apartment wasn’t cold for the kids. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend.”

“Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war schnell und easy. Das Haus war wie versprochen und sehr schön. In der näheren Umgebung haben wir Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und etwas zu Essen gefunden. Man ist nur wenige Gehminuten von einem super Aussichtspunkt auf Manhattan entfernt und hat von dort aus eine super Busanbindung, wodurch man in ca. 20 Minuten mitten in Manhattan ist.Wir kommen gerne wieder. :)”
