“This is now my second stay at this property and I have nothing but good things to say about the entirety of the my stay. Gregg is always easily accessible, abundantly clear on the check-in and check out parameters, the property is well kept/cozy and clean. The place itself is great but it’s always good to know that you have a host who is accessible as well as responsible. 10 out of 10 recommend.”

“The house was perfect for us! It had all the basics in spades. The beds were comfortable. Lots of space for visiting family. We cooked some. Laundry was handy. Plenty of hot water. Clean. Although near the freeway, the house is set back and was quiet. Off street parking for us and one other. Lovely, quiet neighborhood for walking. ”

“We needed a place to stay while working on the sale of a family member's house in Princeton. This was perfect and had good parking. We had some problems with the TV the first night, but the owner did everything she could to resolve the situation including sending her son to buy a new tv. We finally got it fixed, but we really appreciated the amount of attention and care she gave.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Steve's place. He was a communicative and thoughtful host--he provided coffee, snacks and even left drinks in the fridge for us and for our young daughter. The neighborhood was quiet and close to a beautiful park by the river. We also had an easy drive to Sesame place the next day. The space itself was updated and very clean, with tv's in each room and comfortable beds (and very nice towels!). We enjoyed sitting on the patio outside at the end of the day, as well. I……

“What a nice gem. There were four of us, in town to golf, and this house checked all of the boxes: Beautiful modern kitchen, hardwood floors, three bathrooms, etc. The house is a little close to the road, so there is a bit of traffic noise, but not so much that it bothered us.We got soaking wet during one of the rounds of golf, and the sauna was welcome to take away the chill. The big backyard was perfect when we grilled out, and we sat around the fire pit late into the evening catching up. ……

“Property was great, didn’t ask about community pool-but wondered how and where to access We don’t have checkout instructions but cleaned and emptied garbage and recycling and stripped beds hoping this was correct Thanks for a great time-we enjoyed downtown, the yard, and nearby kayaking ”
