“I was staying at this property for a business trip. The location was nice and quiet. I did have some trouble finding which property it was on the street as there was no visible house number. I wasn’t sure if I could park in the driveway as it would block the garage. I was given permission, but there is also parking on the street. “The host allowed us to check in around 12pm without charging an additional fee. He was usually pretty quick to respond. Location was easy to find. We had plenty of bedding, towels and wash cloths. House had some updates but could’ve been a little bit cleaner. We didn’t have any disruptions from the other tenants. However parking is tight and a bit of a free for all. The neighborhood is a little run down. We did enjoy our time though and felt safe overall. ”

“Loved staying here. If you need a place to simply sleep in a comfy bed & get ready to go out for the day, this place is for you. The apartment is exactly how the pictures look. Big parking lot behind the house. The location was a quick drive to the towns we wanted to go visit. Host was super nice and communicative. Overall, we are soooo satisfied! “Awesome place in Newark. We (family of 6; 1 senior, 3 adults and 2 kids) were on a vacation to New York. We stayed at this place for 3 nights.
