“The property was great stay friendly staff restaurant ace’s food was delicious and a great atmosphere. The hvac system ran all the time non stop to keep the room warm other than that we had a great time. ”

“The Willow-Wisp condo we stayed at on the 7th floor (#714) was nice, spacious and modern. The bathroom was upgraded and clean. Downsides: the carpet had bugs (more lady bugs than anything), the housekeepers are probably not vaccuming as often as they should be. The outside balcony was also full of mosquitos so we could not really sit out there to enjoy the lake view. The bedroom drapery rod was very unsteady. The drapery panels are too long & people probably stepped on it & pulled down the……

“We had a short but very sweet stay. Check in was easy, amenities are (although generally older) ver nice overall. Spa (hottub) was not working during put stay, we enjoyed the pool. Location is great and great view to wake up to. ”

“The condo was pretty much as advertised. Could have used a little more cleaning and updating. The tubs drained very slow. Other than that it was all good. Enjoyed our stay. We were there during the winter. Would be very convenient for summer and boating.”

“We have stayed at this resort before. Resort is nice. This unit however is extremely outdated. No ice maker and no ice bucket to put ice in. Pictures on the walls look like they were homemade in the 70’s. No communication prior to check in. Sent 2 messages. No reply. For the price we paid for 2 nights you definitely would think the unit would be more inviting. We won’t book this one again unless it gets updated. ”

“The check in process was smooth and simple. Upon entering the property there was a pair of underwear under one of the couch pillows and hair on the shower doors.The space was exactly as it’s depicted in the pictures . However please do better with keeping the space clean for new stays.”

Difficult to come down spiral staircase at night to use bathroom. had to leave lights on downstairs to find way to bathroom at night as furniture on lower level placed too close to staircase to avoid possible hitting head when walking by or near staircase. Hallways narrow, hot and dark. Entry with code difficult at night and too many digits to enter in dark hallways without using phone flashlight. WiFi reception terrible. Could not make phone calls while in the……
