“Hot tub was very nice ”

“ Immaculate home on a quiet country lane. Each morning you could watch the deer in the field across the road. I wish we could have spent more time there but our visit was for a family reunion just down the road. As shown in the photos there is a beautiful backyard with firepit and hot tub. Oakland and Deep Creek Lake is nearby and less than an hour away is Blackwater Falls, WV and the quirky towns of Thomas and Davis. Don't miss the music at The Purple Fiddle! There are at least three breweries……

“We had an AMAZING time at the Victory Cabin! The house is absolutely beautiful with so many wonderful details. The arcade/game room downstairs was perfect for the kids. The great room was a spacious and relaxing area to hang out as a family. The owners were gracious and incredibly responsive. In addition to fun things at the house (hot tub, grill), there are many fun things to do nearby -- our kids loved the hike at Swallow Falls with its amazing waterfalls. Would highly recommend staying here!”

“Very nice cabin tucked into the woods. Place was clean and cozy. We had an issue with the gas fireplace but service got it working. The master bed was problematic. Basically a box spring and mattress on the floor between a bed frame. Not sure if the slats were broken or missing, but it created a very low to the floor bed. Only other issue was the toaster. Something is stuck in the that sets off the smoke alarms. I tried clearing it with no luck. We’d rent this place again”

“Property was beautiful & private. Loved being in the woods and yet close to stores & restaurants. House was clean, neat and provided perfect place to unwind from the world especially the hot tub and bonfire area. ”

“I planned a cabin trip for my husband and chose this cozy cabin. This home came with all the essentials and was nearby restaurants and the Wisp resort. ”

“The property IS next to a trout stream, that was the only good point. The property is old, run down, dirty. Rodent droppings in the kitchen drawers and roaches. Outside there were ladders and tree limbs all over the yard between the cabin and picnic area. Over all its a mess.”

“Property was very clean and well stocked. Our family loved the pool, fire pit, and the outside fireplace on the deck. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy all that Deep Creek offers. ”

“I had such a great time staying at this cabin! The host was super communicative and made everything really easy. The place was spotless and had everything we needed to feel right at home.The best part was how close it was to the water—just a short walk away! There are communal tubes for tubing nearby. We relaxed on the spacious viewing deck with amazing views all around.This cabin was the perfect spot to unwind and have some fun. I’ll definitely be back!”
