“Alles perfekt”

“Good location and friendly hotel staff. Room is not too big and with old style decoration. Parking is in garage(charged) outside of old town area while hotel would provide shuttle service. Overall experience is still positive.”

“Hotel staff are very very friendly, polite and helpful. The room facing to the sea is also great. Big shower cubicle and separated toilet was great too. But we had one problem with the aircon. It was stuffy night and quite humid but no aircon was working after 8pm. The sea breeze was nice and cool so we were adviced to open the window. Please don’t get me wrong, the staff who spoke to us was very apologetic and politely explained the hotel policy the reason why the aircon was turned off at 8pm……

“Staff were rude. At checkin she chose to answer many calls meaning checkin took a very long time No directions given. Tried to checkout and apparently the remote for air con had to be taken down but no one tells you this Staff were so rude Meals were below average. A Buffett dinner and breakfast but the serving trays were empty and not refilled The rooms were very noisy and aircon didn’t work so well Had to park a very long way away and two people damaged cars because of narrow road ”

“100+% meeting expectation. Good beds, room just as in pictures, very clean, excellent location, noisy at evening (as we knew in advance) but not a problem with earplugs. Will come again.”

“+ : chambre 209 : très belle vue sur Izola. Petit déjeuner très bien - : salle de bains minuscule, rideau de douche trop petit. Besoin d’une rénovation complète. ”

“Impossible contacter l’hôtel pour plus d’info . Le téléphone ne marche pas réservation faite mais impossible de le joindre bref j’ai du res rêver dans le ne deuxième hôtel et j’ai perdu mon argent sans pouvoir y arriver. Très mécontent e déçu. ”
