“五星飯店但是跟其他四五星飯店比起來最小氣，不像其他的飯店會提供一隻酒送新人”

“Our first impressions were less than favorable, but we left feeling much better about our stay. It was very difficult to find the check-in location. And there was no parking or stopping point allowed for convenient access to check in. The room was very nice, but guests need to be aware of the limitations for parking and the fact that there are no elevators leading to the rooms. No assistance was offered to help carry our heavy suitcases up the stairs. The breakfast that was included……

“I love this place. I’ve stayed a few times and I’ll probably return. The staff, food and location are amazing!! There was however a persistent smell resembling backed up sewer. It wasn’t overwhelming but it was off putting. I walked onto a couple other floors and it was throughout the entire building. ”

“Gute Lage”

“Hotel close to public and private beach. Neptun part of a bigger hotel-compleks. It was not clear to us how to find the reception which is in one of the other hotels. The hotel has lots of activities (whock we did not use). It's easy (and cheap) to use public transport for visit in Piran where there are lots of restaurants. Conclusion: Good hotel with balcony view to the see/Marina. Close to swimming area in the see.”

“Avis très mitigé sur l'hôtel : - Points positifs : présence de grandes piscines (la piscine intérieure est énorme en terme de taille et permet d'accueillir de nombreuses personnes / de nager convenablement), une salle de sport petite mais bien équipée, un petit déjeuner de qualité et copieux, literie OK. - Points négatifs : hôtel vieillot (l'hôtel principal a été refait récemment mais la dépendance où nous avons séjourné avait une déco datée, le système pour appeler les ascenseurs n'était pas……

“The room was ok, but the parking was too far from the apartment, and ot did not say in the description. I had to carry a lot of my luggage by myself and it was not near. And when we got there, the man who regulated the parking was confused where were we staying, so we circeled a couple of time. Bad organisation. And they charged a fee for the registration that was not mentioned. I was really dissapointed.”
