“The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. I was impressed with how responsive and accommodating they were. We are in our 60's and did not realize the bathroom and other spaces were "shared" with other potential people staying in the one or two other bedrooms. For some people this may be ok for us not so much. Fortunately we did not have to share. They do have a private room so if booking, and this is important, please inquire. They are lovely hosts.”

“Our own entrance led us upstairs to a wonderful, spacious, clean 2 bedroom apartment! Beds were very comfortable, bathroom even had new toothbrushes/toothpaste/mouthwash if you needed it ( not all the vrbos I go to have that!) and super walkable to downtown- location is the best part of it!”

“The sunsets were amazing, and access to the bike path for running was fantastic. Comfortable furniture for relaxing was sparse. And chairs for eating in the kitchen. Bathroom could benefit from increased space to place toiletries. I am aware this is a newly renovated unit that recently opened as a rental, overall, we had a lovely stay.”

“This was a great jumping off point for all of our adventures around Rhode Island (and parts of Massachusetts) - Warren, Providence, Newport, Bristol. So location is wonderful. Is the location loud? During the day - yes, it's a on a popular road. But at night it wasn't terrible - Kathy provides earplugs in case you need them. But we didn't. The furniture wasn't the most comfy but if you're out and about, it's not a thing. If it were a long term stay, I could see the bed maybe becoming a bit……
