“The cottage was much worse than the photos. The online photos are of more expensive or updated suites or are taken to deceive. The beds are excellent. The two units we saw are otherwise very dated. Clean but in need of replacement except the beds. The internet is not wired, so it's slow, drops often and has no security. The TV is so old you can't stream or connect HDMI, so it's just commercial cable, and it doesn't swivel. Not the end of the world, but in a resort room in the evening it's crazy……

I texted frequently and they responded right away but do not offer your opinion on improvement. I recommended that they invest in a real mattress for the 3rd floor bed as they put a foam cover over the box spring and we could feel the wooden slats.
