“I booked this vrbo 45 days in advance of a trip I planned to take my children to Busch Gardens on New Years Eve. I got no responses to my messages to the host, so called the host early in the day to be sure all was well. He assured me that all was well and there was nothing needed for check in, just to arrive before 10:30p.
