“Shopping area is very close by the resort”

“Everything was great, very nice accommodations. Except, the "Bistro Breakfast" was not well explained or signed. I went to the lobby in the morning to see about 10 muffins sitting on a sad little tray and an empty coffee pot. Went back to my room too tell my hubby. When he went to the lobby, he saw the same arrangement, people sitting at tables waiting for food, no signage apparent. One employee was taking an order over the counter, then put out a placard starting which menu items could be……

“pool is dirty”

“Our stay at The Colonies was really great and we would definitely stay here again. The pool was really great - the water and temperature of the room was actually warm which meant I could go in too! Pools are rarely warm enough for me! The only thing that was a big negative for me, the restrooms in the pool area were extremely cold, even when I was dry. It felt like it was 60 degrees in there. But overall - this property is fantastic!”

“The unit that we stayed in was new. The place was absolutely beautiful and quite. We really loved the Waterview in the back of the unit. This resort has really improved. I plan to stay there again!”

“The hot tub and heated pool year round is the reason we come. The staff is okay, not the friendliest... The room is okay, some have a little wear and tear. Breakfast is bomb too! 👌😁Usually eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles you make yourself, cereal, bagels, and fruit. Solid 4.”
