“We love Kingsmill. It is peaceful, pretty and convenient. This condo has a great view of the river, and a nice big family room/kitchen for people to gather. We came for my daughter's graduation from college and the grandparents stayed with us too. It was great to be where they could take walks and enjoy the quiet away from campus. Harris Teeter is close for groceries and we could do laundry right in the condo. It was easy to eat at the Kingsmill restaurants also. We didn't have access to the gym……

We had a small issue at the beginning but the owner addressed it immediately and was very communicative.We liked the view of tie tennis courts and it was a short walk to the marina and the golf club. The kitchen was appointed well for our purposes. The cafe is within walking distance and they are very friendly there.”

This home was well stocked for our kitchen needs and had containers for leftovers and even batteries if we had needed, even plastic spoons for on the go. We loved our week in this home. ”

“One of the best beach rentals we've ever rented. From the personal message welcoming us on the parking spot sign, to all the amenities, our stay was excellent. Everything you need is provided: toiletries, coffee, tea, fully stocked kitchen, complimentary snacks, and everything, I mean EVERYTHING, you need for the beach! The owener greeted us when we got there, and were quick and attentive to all our questions. Very clean and modern. Only con was we could hear every time the guests walked above……

“Cute little place not far from the resort Marina. Close to Historic Downtown Williamsburg and a 2 minute drive to Bush Gardens. Gated community so we felt safe. Husband enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the squirrels play, a baby deer nap in the woods while momma was out doing her thing and listening to nature as the sun went down in the evening. ”
