“You can't beat the location if you are visiting Busch Gardens! Literally minutes away! It was so nice to be able to easily go back and rest during the day. The condo is just as described and in great condition. Owner very responsive to messages. Well kept, clean, and quiet! Perfect for families!”

“We got there the location is actually a little hard to understand, but we found it. The house is not the cleanest. It smelt like it was moldy. There was no coffee cups for the coffee. There was a roll and a half of toilet paper no hot water in the one shower and the other shower wouldn’t turn on at all. One towel and one washcloth and one bathroom Two washcloths two towels and the other bathroom the beds were very nice and clean, but overall not what I’m used to there was no book to tell us……

“This was a great place. We had a small issue at the beginning but the owner addressed it immediately and was very communicative.We liked the view of tie tennis courts and it was a short walk to the marina and the golf club. The kitchen was appointed well for our purposes. The cafe is within walking distance and they are very friendly there.”

“I cannot recommend staying at this condo to anyone in the future. No matter how conveniently placed in proximity to the beach this unit is the unclean state of the unit and horrible communication from the property manager absolutely ruined my experience of my stay. The unit has a horrible ant problem and the managements solution was to drop off a can of raid by the door for me to take care of it myself. There was never any follow up on the condition of the unit and the state of the ant……

“2br, 2 bath with efficiency kitchen, 3 tv’s to keep the family busy. 1 exit away from Walmart, restaurants and easy highway access. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly as well. We’d definitely book here again.”
