I texted frequently and they responded right away but do not offer your opinion on improvement. I recommended that they invest in a real mattress for the 3rd floor bed as they put a foam cover over the box spring and we could feel the wooden slats. I was told that I was “looking for fault” in my Stay since I messaged them regarding anxiety over……
