“At first there was some confusion reference my reservation. I had problems with the online help with Brno. Once I got a phone number to speak with a representative, things were much better. Once we got hold of the owner of the property thing went very well. The representative on the phone for Brno was very helpful and worked diligently to get in touch of the owner. The owner was awesome and very helpful and truly wanted to do what he could to make my stay excellent. This why I gave a five star……

“I loved this property so much! Quaint and beautiful. It felt like I was in a countryside cabin. So many beautiful features. The bed was my favorite part, loved the hidden tv and the fireplace was magnificent. We were surprised with baked goods and a bottle of prosecco. This will definitely be our go to stay in the future. ”

“Enjoyed our stay. Great, quiet location. Parking was challenging on occasion, but doable. Easy access to the building, although the key fob went missing once, it was resolved quickly. Per the previous comments, I was aware the sofa bed wouldn't be the most comfortable for sleeping, but we made do just fine. Communication was excellent. Enjoyed it so much, we extended our stay.”

“Property itself was fine. Easy check in and good communications, but...parking is a nightmare. The rental group only manages 2 of the 8 units. Rest are owners or long term leasers. The owners and leasers park where they want and if it's your spot, the rental company says they cant do anything about it, or they can come out sometime the following day to try take care of it. Ultimately, we had parking issues 4 of the eight nights we were there. Made for late nights (midnight or later) and……

“The parking was horrible. There was no designated parking area to safely park vehicle and also the property was on a busy street. The neighborhood also looked very sketchy. The place was clean however, pest control should be done professionally. Seeing roach baits in plain sight throughout the unit made our stay uncomfortable.”
