“They don’t change sheets and pillowcases. Hair on sheets and bad smell on pillows. Roach shows up on table also.”

“Room was bear minimum. No microwave or closet but did have fridge. Bedding was old. Room appeared clean. Nothing else close so had to stay there”

“The stairs was the only down fall other then that was wonderful ”

“The place was neat and tidy. The owners communication was quick. I can't say enough about the view. It was breath taking. We caught a lot of fish. Thank you so much for the home away from home. Until next time... The Byers!”

“Great location, close to several waterfalls and nice downtown area of Cookeville.. Property was one of the best we've stayed at.. Even though it rained we were able to enjoy the covered porches and outdoor area.. Great place to stay and we hope to return”
